This new motor has been such an improvement from the previous version. The customer service team is outstanding and very helpful in working through the issues with the previous model. I will continue to purchase from this company. They have great products but mostly stand behind those products

I’m sorry to say that the replacement broke after one use. But appreciate that you tried.

The motor is incredibly underwhelming and doesn’t have good movement. In addition no batteries are offered with the product. You’re spending $100 for an underperforming product that you need to spend an additional $20 minimum to even test it. Entirely unsatisfactory.
